Welcome Dinner and Cultural Evening
Friday evening 5 August from 7.00 onwards at The Factory, 19-21 Belgium Avenue, Richmond – 3121
TimorOans Dance Group – will be performing cultural dances and music and Sabores da Timor will be providing a wonderful and genuine Timorese Cuisine.
The event is free. (You may like to bring something to drink and make a small donation to support the continued work of METAC)
We will be welcoming Timorese students who have recently arrived to continue their studies in Melbourne
And importantly we will be launching a program to send a delegation of representatives from Yarra City Neighbourhood Houses and Yarra Council to Baucau, Timor-Leste this time next year.
